Build and Review Draft Invoices Before Sending to Customers

Billing can be unpredictable — tolls, fines, or small repairs often appear after a booking ends. With draft invoices, you can now capture and refine these charges over time before finalising.

Start a draft invoice from Bookings or People, add line items as they arise, and save changes without issuing immediately. You can download a PDF for review, share it with a customer for approval, or simply keep it on file until you’re ready to finalise.

When the invoice is ready, choose Save & Charge Now to issue it immediately, or Add to Next Recurring Invoice to roll those charges into the customer’s next billing cycle. Draft invoices remain fully editable and invisible to your reports until you decide to issue — keeping your billing clean, accurate, and in your control.
