Complete Control and Transparency for Subscribers

With the Loopit Subscriber Portal, subscribers can take charge of their car subscription with a comprehensive view of all their subscription details including:

  • allowance usage to date
  • current subscription details
  • vehicle details
  • additional driver details
  • an itemised invoice breakdown

Subscribers can access the Loopit Subscriber Portal wherever they are, and whenever it suits them. By offering a quick login access where subscribers can log in via mobile or desktop using just their email and vehicle registration, this level of convenience ensures them have 24/7 access to your subscription details and payments, letting them stay in control of your car subscription journey.

We believe providing your subscribers with full transparency and control over their car subscription is a corner stone for making car subscription management simple, swift, and user-friendly.

How To Get Started 

To ensure a smooth and seamless start, we've simplified the setup process for your Subscriber Portal into a few straightforward steps. Here's your friendly guide to getting started:

  1. Choose Your Portal URL: Select a URL that resonates with your brand for your subscriber portal login. This could be a URL of your choice or one provided by us, such as
  2. Contact Your Account Manager: Once you've selected your URL, notify your Loopit account manager to activate your Subscriber Portal. We'll handle the backend setup and notify you once it's ready.
  3. Customise Your Contact Options: By default, Loopit provides a Contact Button on your portal. If you wish to add an optional secondary button, directing customers to a specific location, feel free to contact our team. We're here to help you tailor the portal to your needs.
  4. Enhance User Experience with Google Tag Manager: Use Google Tag Manager to install custom scripts on your portal. Whether it's integrating live chat, tracking pixels, or other features, you can easily customise the portal to enhance your subscribers' experience.
  5. Welcome Your Customers to the Portal: Now, your subscriber portal is ready to welcome your customers. Logging in is easy and secure. Customers simply need their email address used upon activating their subscription and their vehicle registration number. Loopit ensures secure logins by sending a One-Time Passcode (OTP) to the subscriber's email.

What's Next

In the coming months, the Loopit team will be working on enhancing the functionality of the Subscriber Portal by introducing additional features such as:

  • The ability to upload documents such as Vehicle Insurance Card, Temporary License, Personal Bank Statements
  • Purchase booster mileage packs
  • Conduct customer surveys
  • Send live notifications to subscriber on events (eg delivery notification, speeding notification, car swap, service outages, arrears, etc)

Can subscribers create their own accounts, or are they provided login credentials?

Subscribers need the following to log in:

  • Username: The email address your subscriber used to subscribe a vehicle from you
  • Password: The vehicle registration plate number of their subscribed vehicle

On first release, we rely on you to contact subscribers yourselves in order to share their login information. We are working on creating automated emails on your behalf. 

Are there options for partial payments or payment plans for larger invoices?

Not at this time. We are exploring the capability to allow subscribers to partial payment of an invoice or to request payment plans for larger invoices. These features can be turned off if you do not wish to offer it to your subscribers.

Can subscribers set up automatic payments or choose different payment frequencies?

Not at this time. Subscribers are only able to update their payment details and pay overdue invoices.

Is there a payment history log for customers to track their past payments?

Not at this time, but we are working on it and we will notify you when this feature is available.

Can customers set mileage alerts or receive notifications when they approach certain thresholds?

Not at this time, but we are currently working on enabling this.

What information is included in the subscription details?

Customers will be able to view details including:

  • Current vehicle they are subscribed to
  • Payment Details
  • Estimated subscription charges
  • Additional drivers
  • Contact Details

What types of incidents can be reported through the Safety Centre?

The Safety Center allows customers to report any issues including:

  • Accidents
  • Issues with the vehicle
  • Incidents

All reported incidents through the Subscriber Portal Safety Center will be emailed to your nominated account email address.

Can subscribers view a detailed breakdown of their invoices, including charges and fees?

We already email subscribers a copy of their invoices upon payment, which includes a breakdown of charges and fees. They do not have the ability to view a detail breakdown of invoices inside the portal.

Can customers make changes to their subscription directly through the portal, such as upgrading or downgrading their plan?

Not at this time. We are exploring the capability to allow customers to submit requests to make changes to their subscriptions.
