Our latest round of product releases will help you stay across all the details of your subscriptions through improved notes functionality, as well as some of our new global integrations and partnerships.
Notes were first introduced to our users to provide their teams a way to stay across the details of each subscription - from vehicle swaps, security deposit refunds to subscription changes. Since then, this feature has seen a high uptake across the Loopit network and we noticed that there needed to be a feature to help teams sort through their notes quickly to deliver an efficient customer experience. In addition to our filter functionality, we recently built a pinned notes function that essentially allows teams to pin any notes to the top so that there is clear visibility on what's most important.
Simply head over to either a Subscription or Customer and in the Notes tab on the right, select the note you want to pin. This will automatically move the note to the top. Note that you can pin as many notes as you need.
Loopit has accelerated our global presence in response to the accelerated uptake in car subscription services. To power these new global providers with the tools necessary for their respective market requirements, the team has worked tirelessly to get these new integration partnerships up and running.
GeoTab - We've partnered up with one of the world's leading commercial telematics suppliers to offer our new global customers the ability to closely manage their subscription fleet. Through the new GeoTab telematics devices, businesses are now able to monitor and manage the performance of your electric fleet vehicles - with specific capabilities in tracking energy use and identifying patterns in EV charging.
We are also currently working closely with two other important integration partners to ensure our global customers are equipped with the solutions needed for a cohesive end-to-end management of their car subscriptions.
