Here's what's new in Loopit this month — from enhancements to the customer-facing website to new ways to manage bookings and invoices more effectively.
✨ New Features
🖥️ Website & Booking Module Updates
You can now further personalise your public booking site:
- Header customisation: Set your own background and text colour, and add a header callout (when not embedded in an iframe).
→ Go to: Settings > Website > Customisation/Content
tabs - Marketing Callout: Highlight key selling points in search results and on vehicle detail pages with a “Marketing callout” tag.
→ Go to the asset (or category default) > Details tab > Marketing Callout - Vehicle page layout refresh:
- New Share button
- Plans now listed on the right side of the page for desktop
- Key features now include icons
- Minimum term is now clearly labelled (e.g. “120 days minimum term” instead of just “120 days”)
📄 Credit Notes View
We’ve introduced the ability to view credit notes directly in Loopit — providing more transparency into where credits came from, their amounts, and how they’ve been applied.

⏸️ Pause a Booking
Need to temporarily pause an active booking? You can now pause and resume bookings with ease — ideal for servicing, customer holds, or other interruptions.
🧾 Invoice Activity Log
A new activity log is now available on all invoices, showing a detailed history of system actions and email notifications sent to the customer.
🧑💻 Online Signup Flow
We’ve added a new step to collect emergency contact and reference details during the online signup process — helping you meet compliance or internal requirements more efficiently.
📊 Dashboard Enhancements
The dashboard has been refreshed to better surface lead and booking activity:
- View requested bookings, leads, and quotes at a glance.
🔧 Other Improvements
- Minimum Term Clarity: We now show the actual expiry date for a booking's minimum term instead of a duration only.
- You can now schedule booking changes for future dates.
- The dashboard booking activity view now includes:
- Scheduled swaps
- Package changes
- Other booking edits
- Plus, new date filters for better insight.
- Invoice PDFs now display usage summaries for more billing clarity.
- Contract pricing now clearly shows whether prices include or exclude tax, based on your booking rules — across both workspace and allowance pricing.
- Unmigrated payment methods are now excluded from the customer portal’s payment options.
- New "Proceed Anyway" button allows users to bypass booking rule requirements (with caution).
- Payment logs now show surcharge amounts directly in booking activity.
- Fixed: OTP verification is now sent correctly for company-type owners.
