We’ve introduced a smarter way to manage customer risk across the entire Loopit network.
As part of TruPass, the new Banned Customers feature allows you to detect when a customer or company has been banned by another operator, giving you instant visibility into potentially high-risk users before confirming a booking.
Each ban can apply to an individual or a company and includes full record details such as status, approval outcome, and timestamps. Loopit automatically detects and flags matches based on name, email, address (line 1 and postcode), or shared document identifiers like driver licence or passport numbers.
When a match is found, the customer will be clearly flagged within your workspace as “Banned in Loopit Network”, providing transparent insight into their risk profile.
Importantly, you’ll still have the flexibility to proceed with the booking if you choose — ensuring operators maintain full control while benefiting from network-wide intelligence.
This feature enhances the value of TruPass by enabling shared trust across the Loopit ecosystem — helping every operator make more informed, confident booking decisions.
