In-app notifications

Loopit now surfaces important alerts directly inside the platform via a notification bell in the navigation bar. A live counter shows unread alerts. Click it to see a dropdown of what needs attention, and click any notification to jump straight to the relevant screen to act on it.

Your team will be notified automatically when assigned a task, and notifications can be added to any workflow for specific users or roles. No more relying solely on email to stay across what is happening.

AI-enhanced images, image tagging and image library

We have introduced a full image library with folders, custom tags, and a suite of one-click AI editing tools, all without leaving Loopit:

• Remove background — instantly strips the background from any vehicle photo for a clean, professional look. No Photoshop, no outsourcing.
• Tidy up — automatically crops and frames the image to a consistent aspect ratio, with smart focus on the vehicle.
• Compress — optimises file size for fast page loading without sacrificing image quality.
• Folders — keep vehicle photos organised and grouped for easy access.
• Custom tags — label images your own way for faster searching as your library grows.

Live email previews in the workflow builder

Workflow builders can now preview email templates with real mock data directly inside the builder. See exactly what customers will receive before anything goes live. No more guesswork, no more test sends.

Your brand in every inbox

System emails sent through Loopit can now be sent from your own domain. Your brand is what customers see in their inbox, across every booking confirmation, payment reminder, and inspection notice.

Dashboard activity checks

New icons and direct links on the dashboard give you an at-a-glance view of where each booking stands. Contracts signed, IDs verified, payments collected, and everything in order before asset handover. No more clicking through to individual records to find out what is still outstanding.

Improved usage of tasks

Tasks have had a significant upgrade. You can now edit the title, due date (including time), and assignee, and tasks can be linked to specific assets, bookings, people or companies. Responsibility is clearer, nothing falls through the cracks, and your team always knows what needs to happen next and who owns it.
