Loopit has announced that it has successfully raised AUD$3.6 million in its first external capital raise. The Seed investment round was led by early-stage venture capital firm Tidal Ventures, with participation from Upswell Ventures and Luxem.
Together, Paul and Michael founded HelloCars in 2015 as a digital car dealership before pivoting to become Australia’s fastest growing retail subscription provider. It is through this knowledge and first-hand experience that Loopit was founded.
