We’ve made major improvements to how you record, organise, and retrieve information in Notes across Loopit.
You can now add and view notes directly on each fleet asset, independent of any booking. This provides a dedicated space to record key details such as vehicle condition, previous issues, or internal instructions, ensuring important information follows the vehicle throughout its lifecycle. These notes remain visible and accessible during both booking and reservation workflows.
We’ve also enhanced how notes are managed within bookings. You can now download all attachments in bulk, making it significantly faster to retrieve multiple documents or invoices at once — especially for bookings where files were previously stored as individual attachments.
Notes can now be categorised during creation, with inline category creation allowing you to add new categories on the fly. Advanced filtering options let you sort notes by category, author, attachment, or date range, with instant updates as filters are applied. Each note clearly displays its assigned category, and pinned notes now appear with improved visibility for quick reference.
These updates make Notes more powerful, organised, and efficient — helping your team capture important details once and find them instantly when it matters.
