We’ve made contracts in Loopit more powerful and adaptable than ever before.

You can now generate contracts using different templates for each booking, allowing you to choose the document that best fits your business model or customer type. When creating or editing a booking, simply select the appropriate contract template to ensure the terms align with the specific service, duration, or client profile.

In addition, you can now include special conditions directly within the booking itself. These booking-specific details are automatically added to the generated contract PDF and visible to both staff and customers during review — perfect for adding tailored clauses, additional fees, or unique requirements without needing a new template.

Together, these enhancements give you complete flexibility and control over how contracts are created and communicated — ensuring every customer receives terms that are accurate, relevant, and specific to their booking.
